A beautiful lakeside setting.
Little Sand Group Home consists of two homes located on Little Sand Lake in Remer, Minnesota.

We provide out-of-home care to adolescent biological females ages 12-17. As a licensed specialized residential setting serving ST/CSE/At-Risk youth (Title IV-E Eligible), we utilize a trauma-informed model of care, striving to provide a family-living environment for stability, healing, and growth.
